Like many neighborhoods, the River Falls Subdivision has a "common area" that is
suppose to be for everyone who lives there to enjoy. It was even spelled out when
they purchased the land:
Now the doctor is claiming that it's his private land and that Mr. Spires and others
who used to enjoy it can not use it.
